Frank Richie serves as the Chief of Staff, Ranges Program Manager, and Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) Range Control Facilities Project Manager for Corps Solutions. In his roles, he brings over 35 years of leadership, operational, and tactical experience to both the headquarters staff and Range Control Facility teams. He provides oversight of headquarters functions as well as the company’s range control operations. His leadership approach emphasizes empowerment and trust, enabling teams to deliver practical, mission-focused solutions grounded in real-world training.

Prior to joining Corps Solutions, Frank served 29 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. During his military career, he held numerous command and staff positions.

Frank holds a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts from Millersville University. He has also completed professional military education at the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College, Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1), and the Amphibious Warfare School.
