Jamie Richardson serves as Director of Human Resources for Corps Solutions, bringing more than two decades of human resources leadership experience. For over 12 years, she has helped guide the company’s people strategy, ensuring that HR programs and processes support both the workforce and the organization’s operational goals.

In her role, Jamie oversees human resources strategy and operations, leading initiatives that strengthen workforce development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. She works closely with leadership across the company to ensure HR policies and programs support Corps Solutions’ mission and continued growth.

Jamie leads the HR team with the philosophy that human resources are fundamentally a customer service function—supporting both employees and the organization. She is committed to creating responsive, supportive, and easy-to-navigate employment processes so that Corps Solutions employees can focus on delivering exceptional service to their customers.

Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a bachelor’s degree from Longwood University. She also maintains several professional certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
