Pat Martin is the Director for Quality Management at Corps Solutions. He has been with the company for more than a decade and has served in this role for six years. He oversees the company’s ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. He also leads enterprise improvement initiatives and supports the company’s strategic planning program.

Pat has held multiple roles at Corps Solutions, including Project Team Member, Site Lead, Project Manager for five projects, Program Manager, Deputy Director for Project Management, and Deputy Director for Quality Management. His experience spans program execution, organizational improvement, and enterprise quality management.

Prior to joining Corps Solutions, Pat served as a Senior Analyst with the Marine Corps’ MAGTF Staff Training Program (MSTP). In this role, he supported U.S. Marine Corps doctrine development and operational assessments during major exercises involving Marine Expeditionary Force headquarters.

Pat is a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer with 22 years of service and is a Gulf War veteran. His primary military occupational specialties were Field Artillery Officer (0802) and Operational Planner (0505). He served with 11th Marines, 1st Marine Division, and III Marine Expeditionary Force. During his service at III MEF, he served as the lead planner for Operation Unified Assistance, the U.S. military humanitarian response to the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami. His assignments also included two tours on recruiting duty and one tour as an Inspector–Instructor.

Pat holds a Master of Military Studies from the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College and a Master of Operational Studies from the School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW). He is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
