Rob Dober is a technology leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting Marine Corps training and education operations as a defense contractor. He has led IT modernization initiatives and the design, accreditation, and sustainment of secure information systems serving distributed user communities.

Throughout his career, Rob has overseen complex, multi-location technology environments supporting continuous operations, including collaboration and communications capabilities, modeling and simulation systems, and enterprise information solutions that enable effective coordination and decision-making.

As Director for Information Management at Corps Solutions, Rob leads enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity governance, and infrastructure across the organization. He oversees enterprise technology programs, regulatory compliance alignment, and technology investment planning, providing enterprise-wide oversight of information and technology capabilities. He also serves as Community Service Chair.
