Steve Suddreth is a knowledgeable practitioner and a trusted advisor who brings a wealth of experience to his current role as Corps Solutions Director of Strategy and Growth. Before joining Corps Solutions, he served 25 years in the United States Marine Corps as an active-duty Infantry Officer, where he held numerous command and staff positions in all three MEFs and all four Divisions. After retiring from active service, Steve served as an Exercise Control Lead for 14 years with the Marine Corps MAGTF Staff Training Program (MSTP).

Since joining Corps Solutions, he has served as Project Manager for MSTP, and he currently leads business development and strategic growth initiatives. He draws on his extensive experience in forming cross-functional teams, developing risk mitigation strategies, and maintaining stakeholder alignment to drive long-term organizational success. His responsibilities include capture planning, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and integration with future operations.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has also completed advanced professional education at the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, Infantry Officer Course, and the U.S. Army Field Artillery Advanced Officer Course.
