Tom Keogh is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Corps Solutions. He and his wife, Jill, founded the company in 2009 with a commitment to delivering high quality training and support services to the Department of Defense and other national security partners.

Before establishing Corps Solutions, Tom served on active duty as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. His assignments with the Fleet Marine Force and Training and Education Command provided him with a strong operational foundation and a deep understanding of training development—experience that continues to guide the company’s mission and approach.

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science. He has also completed advanced professional education at the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College, the Amphibious Warfare School, Mary Washington College (PMI certification), and George Mason University, further strengthening his operational and business leadership skills.
