All employees are eligible for enrollment in a company sponsored 401(k) & Profit-Sharing plan immediately upon hire. For those employees who choose to enroll in the traditional or Roth 401(k) plan(s), Corps Solutions will provide a qualified matching contribution that is immediately vested.
The company provides Life & AD&D insurance at no charge to the employee. Life & AD&D insurance helps employees take care of their loved ones by providing benefits in the event of their death or catastrophic injury. Employees may purchase additional insurance for themselves, spouse and/or child(ren) at the employee’s full cost.
Medical, dental, and vision plans are available for employees and their dependents on a pre-tax basis based on geographic location. The company contributes toward health insurance premiums regardless of plan choice. The contribution amount is based on enrollment tier; Employee only, Employee + Spouse or Child(ren), or Family coverage.
Corps Solutions offers a voluntary TRICARE Supplement plan designed to wrap around TRICARE and cover out of pocket co-pays, cost shares, and other expenses. Retired uniformed services members and reservists who are eligible for TRICARE, not eligible for Medicare, and under age 65 may participate.
An employee who elects to participate in one of the Company’s HDHP will receive a company HSA contribution and is eligible to contribute additional funds to their HSA account. This account is designed to allow the employee to set aside pre-tax funds, up to the IRS limit, to pay for common qualified medical expenses not covered by their health insurance.
Corps Solutions offers voluntary supplemental insurance plans to help employees focus on recuperation instead of the distraction of out-of-pocket medical costs. Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity plans are offered through CIGNA and AFLAC depending on the employee’s geographic location.
